Rock Shox Trail is part of the CVI Trail System located near Canaan Valley Institute. The trail has short elevation changes in some sections with nice flowy turns, There are numerous short sections of rock gardens which can be a little difficult for inexperienced riders. Some parts of this trail travels alongside yellow creek creating beautiful scenery.
